Full-time, on-site Business Development and Partnership Manager role based in Baramati.
The role focuses on new business, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Prospect for and qualify leads, conduct meetings and presentations, and maintain a structured opportunity pipeline.
- Draft proposals and commercial offers.
- Collaborate with technical experts to align offerings with client needs.
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at events, conferences, and client visits.
- Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to growth strategies and service development.
Qualifications
- Business development and partnership management skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management skills with clear value proposition communication.
- Market analysis and strategic planning skills, including opportunity assessment and go-to-market planning.
- Presentation, communication, and documentation skills for proposals, reports, and business cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in energy, oil and gas, or industrial services is preferred.
Technical and Professional Skills
- Familiarity with drilling, solids control, or drilling waste management, or strong willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
- Strong ethical mindset and commitment to vendor-neutral, data-driven recommendations.
- Alignment with the company’s mission of technical excellence.
Workplace and Travel
- The role is performed on-site in Baramati.
- Travel is required when needed for clients, events, conferences, or other business activities.
