Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the FM team for daily operations
  • Maintain records of:
  • maintenance requests
  • service reports
  • asset registers
  • Coordinate with vendors for:
  • cleaning
  • security
  • maintenance services
  • Track work orders and ensure timely closure
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation related to FM activities
  • Assist in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Manage invoices, LPOs, and vendor documentation
  • Handle communication between internal teams and external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and FM procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • **2–4 years of experience**
  • in Facilities Management / Admin roles
  • Familiarity with:
  • FM systems / CAFM software (preferred)
  • basic maintenance processes
