✨ WHAT YOU BRING
2 years maintenance experience (preferred)
1 year handyman experience (preferred)
General repair + building maintenance skills
Basic HVAC and/or electrical knowledge
Strong organization and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable with email, Excel, and digital logs
Health club maintenance experience = a plus
Reliable transportation
💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Working in a lively gym environment
- Lifting 50+ lbs
- Squatting, bending, reaching, climbing ladders
- Moving equipment
- Working with cleaning supplies, tools, and mechanical parts
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL DO
Walking the facility and identifying repair needs
Keeping accurate maintenance logs
Working with the General Manager on repair timelines
Reporting to the Regional Facility Maintenance Manager
