Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Manager, located in Jeddah.
The Facilities Maintenance Manager will oversee daily operations of building and facility maintenance, ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance plans.
This role involves managing maintenance teams, supervising repair and upkeep tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of essential services in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- **3–5 years of experience**
- in facilities management or maintenance, preferably in hospitality or large-scale venues.
- Oversee all maintenance and facility operations across the property
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers
- Ensure all systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) are functioning efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Handle repairs, troubleshooting, and emergency maintenance issues promptly
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and control maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth daily operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
