Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Beach Manager.

The Beach Manager will oversee daily operations of the beach facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include supervising staff, coordinating activities, managing emergencies, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves training team members, managing schedules, and fostering a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management are critical to success in this position.

Coordinate with F&B, events, and maintenance teams for seamless operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in beach clubs, resorts, or hospitality operations
  • Leadership and Team Management skills, including staff supervision, team motivation, and scheduling.
  • Facility Operations and Maintenance skills to ensure functional and safe beach conditions.
  • Customer Service and Conflict Resolution experience for engaging with guests and resolving any issues effectively.
  • Safety Management and Emergency Response expertise to handle potential incidents and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities to collaborate with staff, stakeholders, and guests effectively.
  • Multitasking and Organizational skills for handling varied responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and cultural sensitivity in the context of hospitality services.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, resort management, or marine operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, outdoor environment
