Role Overview
The company provides façade, aluminium door and window, GFRC, railing, staircase, and glass solutions for architectural and construction projects.
The role focuses on tender review, quantity measurement, cost estimation, commercial submissions, and façade project viability.
Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Study architectural and façade drawings to establish scope and quantities.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, material estimates, cost estimates, and rate analyses for façade works.
- Estimate Curtain Wall, Unitized Façade, aluminium windows and doors, louvers, ACP or aluminium cladding, glazing, and other façade systems.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and coordinate with design, procurement, production, and project teams.
- Prepare tender submissions, commercial offers, and quotations.
- Identify scope, exclusions, assumptions, technical or commercial clarifications, and potential risks.
- Maintain records of estimates, quotations, rate analyses, BOQs, and submissions.
- Support management with project cost, margin, and commercial viability reviews.
- Participate in tender discussions and provide technical or commercial inputs.
