Role Overview
The company provides façade, aluminium door and window, GFRC, railing, and glass solutions for architectural and construction projects.
The role focuses on façade design engineering, technical documentation, drawing coordination, and execution support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed façade design and engineering drawings for various façade systems.
- Develop shop, fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings and details.
- Coordinate with project, estimation, production, site execution, client, architect, and consultant teams.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, technical requirements, and site conditions.
- Prepare layouts, sections, elevations, details, and system drawings.
- Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications and required standards.
- Identify technical issues, provide solutions, and revise drawings based on comments and site requirements.
- Maintain records of drawings, revisions, approvals, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical and design inputs during project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, architecture, or a relevant field.
- 3–4 years of experience in façade, aluminium and glass, curtain wall, cladding, or architectural products.
