Role Overview
RNT Maclaren Industries is seeking an experienced Façade Site Engineer to join its project team in Doha.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate façade installation activities at project sites.
- Ensure curtain wall, door, window, cladding, and related façade works follow approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, quality, and safety requirements.
- Resolve technical and installation issues on site.
- Verify completed works and support inspections and approvals.
Requirements
- At least seven years of relevant façade site experience.
- Strong experience with curtain walls, aluminum doors, windows, cladding, and façade installation.
- Ability to understand shop drawings, specifications, and installation details.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management abilities.
- Strong understanding of site quality and safety requirements.
