About the Role
Danway Electrical & Mechanical Engineering LLC is seeking a Fabrication Manager to oversee the fabrication, assembly, and installation of specialized containers and enclosures in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end fabrication activities of specialized containers such as Generator Containers, Acoustic Enclosures, Control Rooms, E Houses, MCC Rooms, and Skid mounted Units
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Plan production schedules and monitor progress to meet delivery targets
- Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and client standards
- Supervise workshop manpower, subcontractors, and site installation teams
- Monitor material utilization, productivity, and project costs
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
Requirements
- Experience in managing fabrication of specialized containers and enclosures
- Ability to review engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong production planning and scheduling skills
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and client standards
- Experience supervising workshop manpower and subcontractors
- Ability to coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams

Overview
