Support food and beverage operations and help create a memorable, smooth guest experience.
Provide hands-on service support through table setting, kitchen assistance, cleaning, and supply replenishment.
Core Duties
- Set tables and support food and beverage service operations.
- Assist the kitchen as needed.
- Clean work areas and replenish supplies.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested to support guests and the business.
Physical Work Conditions
- Remain on the feet and move around for extended periods, including across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
