- Supervise banquet operations to ensure every event runs seamlessly from set up to breakdown
- Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team to deliver warm, professional, and personalized service
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Events, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of functions
- Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, and event timelines, resolving any issues with confidence and professionalism
- Ensure banquet venues are prepared to the highest standards, including room setup, presentation, and cleanliness
- Train and coach team members, helping them grow while maintaining The Ned's service excellence
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards throughout all events
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Banquet Supervisor or in a similar Food & Beverage supervisory role within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to remain calm and solution focused while managing multiple priorities
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs
- A genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences

The Role
- We're looking for a passionate and hands on F&B Supervisor Banquet who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
