Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure proper outlet preparation.
• Provide personalized guest service and handle concerns professionally.
• Lead, coach, and develop colleagues while monitoring duties, grooming, and performance.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Support cost control, stock management, inventory, billing, and daily reporting.
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper product handling and storage.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, health, safety, and hotel procedures.
• Support management in achieving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of food and beverage experience is required.
• Luxury hotel or upscale restaurant experience is preferred.
• Previous food and beverage supervisory or team-leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage service operations is required.
• High-volume and international hospitality experience is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage products and service standards is required.
• Excellent command of English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
