Summary: Maintain standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking and washing of china and glassware.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
License Requirement(s):
Class II Gaming License; Safe Serve Certificate
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china and glassware.
Responsible for keeping work area clean and sanitary.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion and stooping.
Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in a climate-controlled environment with occasional hot and cold temperature changes.
Moderate noise levels.
Stand on tile, mats.
Hazards: Knives, mechanical kitchen equipment.
Requirements
