Position Summary
The Food and Beverage Service Expert creates memorable guest dining experiences through food service and attentive hospitality.
The role includes table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction, serving, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Role Responsibilities
- Set tables and communicate with the kitchen during guest service.
- Interact with guests and deliver food and beverage service as part of the overall experience.
- Clean work areas and service supplies.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and professional presentation requirements.
- Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
