Position Summary
Support guest service and restaurant operations in a food and beverage environment.
Assist guests and other departments to help ensure optimum service.
Use computers and point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
Guest and Team Service
- Engage guests in conversation about their stay, property services, and area attractions.
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and address guest service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
Operational Duties
- Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Exchange information with employees using electronic devices, pagers, two-way radios, and email.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
