About the Role

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and staff
- Monitor sales, labor costs, food costs, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Implement and maintain SOPs across all branches
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a multi branch restaurant environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
- Valid UAE driving license
