Executive Chef

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and passionate **Brand Executive Chef** to lead and manage our culinary operations across multiple branches in the UAE.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 plus years industry experice, strong leadership skills, excellent kitchen management experience, and the ability to maintain high food quality and consistency across all locations.

· Lead and supervise all kitchen operations across branches

· Develop, improve, and standardize recipes and menu items

· Developing innovative and market competitative menu items

· Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, and operational standards

· Train, guide, and evaluate kitchen staff and head chefs

· Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen inventory efficiently

· Create new menu concepts and seasonal promotions

· Ensure compliance with food safety and municipality regulations

· Coordinate closely with operations and management teams

· Minimum 5+ years of experience as Executive Chef or Brand Chef

· Experience handling multi-branch restaurant operations

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and kitchen management

· Ability to work under pressure and manage large kitchen teams

· Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen systems

· UAE driving license is preferred
