Job Summary

The F&B Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across food and beverage outlets.

This role combines creativity with data-driven decision-making, often working closely with operations, chefs, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for restaurants, menus, promotions, and events
  • Manage social media accounts (content creation, posting, engagement, ads)
  • Coordinate photoshoots and create appealing food-related content
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Develop promotional offers, loyalty programs, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to highlight new menu items
  • Manage online presence (Google, delivery apps, website updates)
  • Track campaign performance (ROI, engagement, sales impact)
  • Handle partnerships, influencers, and brand collaborations
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, paid ads)
  • Content creation skills (copywriting, basic photography/video)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Creativity and understanding of food trends and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, hotel, or café marketing
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms and food aggregators
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
  • Influencer marketing experience
