- Announce flight departures through automated system or manually
- Promote and upsell the lounge to all guests who inquire

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage well organized front desk by receiving incoming calls, taking reservations/Lounge check ins and farewell during guest departure and peak hours.
- Thorough knowledge of business partners affiliated to the Hotel.
- Greets customers in a courteous and professional manner, welcomes them to the restaurant, and attends to their inquiries before handing them to serving team.
- Ensure enough presentable menus available clean (free of stains and smudges).
- Check restaurant’s emails and respond to them accordingly with the approval of the Manager/Supervisor.
- Communicate with Manager and other staff, informing them of guests’ bookings, needs and any complaints or guest feedback.
- Learning and training other associates up to date about service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and other information necessary to perform the job efficiently.
- Thorough knowledge about the procedure of airlines lounge utilization.
- Generate invoices in LAS & Micros in a timely manner for walk in, airlines, travel agents, cards and web booking etc.
- Keep a record of check out time and notify the guest accordingly; collect the payment for extra hours if the guest decided to extend the stay.
- Announce the flight departure on a timely manner through automated system or manually.
- Promote and upsell the lounge to all the guests who walks in for enquiring about the lounge.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure monitor the records essential to the operation the mise en place is ready for service i.e. cutlery, crockery, glassware, condiments, linen, disinfection liquid, service stations, stationary, guest supplies general store requisitions and stocks are maintain as per operational par stocks.
- Keep all equipment clean and in good working condition and reporting problems immediately to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Ensure that the entire workplace in orderly manner clean, tables, chairs align, counters, roof, side walls to floor ambiance, furniture, fixtures, sculptures, display props.
- Take orders by suggesting to guest and confirming receiving orders; always upsell to maximize the outlet’s revenue.
- Serve the guests professionally and in courteous manner from the beginning arrival of the guest, through the course of guest stay, meal service until the guests depart from the restaurant.
- Prepare accurate itemize guest checks as per consumption, present it in professional manner, collect payment and return receipt promptly.
- Monitor the outlet’s operation cost whilst ensuring the restaurant’s equipment, supplies and stocks are adequate for the business demand.
- Help improve the quality of service by encouraging guests to make comments using the appropriate measures (Tripadvisor, Revinate etc.).
- Monitor each guest experience.
- Ensure customer’s satisfaction by talking to guests.
- Ensure presence on the floor during peak hours.
- Uphold a warm and friendly working environment.
