Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Cost Controller in F&B operations in Dubai
- Strong experience in butchery cost control (meat yields, portioning, wastage, pricing)
- Experience in Lebanese cuisine is a strong advantage
- Arabic speaker preferred but not required
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, stock variance, food costing, and supplier control
- Strong personality, confident, detail oriented, and knows the job well
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Dubai experience is required

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller to join our F&B operations in Arjan Dubai.
Requirements
