Role Overview
The role manages costs, improves profitability, and supports operational excellence across food and beverage, retail, and hospitality business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food, beverage, retail, and operational costs.
- Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
- Analyze actual-versus-budget cost variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Review purchasing transactions and supplier pricing.
- Monitor wastage, shrinkage, and stock movement trends.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Store Management.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Require 3–5 years of cost control experience within F&B, retail, or hospitality.
- Require strong knowledge of inventory management, food cost analysis, and stock control procedures.
- Require advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience.
- Require strong analytical, reporting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
