Role Overview
Prepare French breads, viennoiseries, and other bakery products as part of a professional Bakery and Pastry team.
Responsibilities
- Produce French baguettes, sandwich bread, brioche, multigrain bread, rye bread, croissants, and pain au chocolat.
- Prepare and mix dough, manage pre-fermentation, shape and form products, proof dough, and bake products.
- Ensure bakery products meet quality, consistency, presentation, and freshness standards.
- Follow recipes, production standards, and food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and support daily production requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Basic knowledge of bakery techniques and production processes.
- Passion for French bakery and bread production.
- Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail.
- Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
