- Anantara Downtown Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Work with colleagues to ensure timely service and the smooth running of the operation.
- Follow hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures for guest service, operations, personal discipline and grooming.
- Handle guest interactions in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette and understand reservation policies and procedures.
- Remain familiar with restaurant and hotel services and facilities.
- Collect guest comments and feedback and share them with the department for continuous improvement.
- Prepare monthly reports and other reports requested by management.
- Monitor and prepare departmental attendance and overtime reports.
- Coordinate departmental training programme submissions and implementation.
- Control departmental collaterals and printing materials and check menu spellings, logos and other standards.
- Attend briefings and meetings and document key points and action items.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Role Requirements
- Understand and adhere to hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures, including personal discipline and grooming standards.
- Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and understand reservation policies and procedures.
- Be familiar with the services and facilities offered within the restaurant and throughout the hotel.
