InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is a luxury hotel on Doha's private beach with restaurants, recreational facilities, a swimming pool, and a spa.
Role Overview
The F&B Captain oversees smooth and efficient food and beverage outlet operations.
The role is responsible for delivering memorable, high-quality dining experiences to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily F&B team operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation in restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities.
- Coordinate inventory, stock levels, and supply ordering with the F&B Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, company, and local regulatory standards.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate kitchen and service teams to support timely food and beverage delivery.
