Role overview
Support finance operations for InterContinental Riyadh and provide accurate, timely service to internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Support daily finance operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and payments and complete reconciliations.
- Prepare routine financial reports and maintain supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve finance-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with hotel finance policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager.
Work expectations
- Deliver accurate and timely work and demonstrate accountability.
- Solve problems effectively, organize and prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and work effectively with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Comply with IHG and hotel policies and continue developing relevant skills.
