- Experience working in summer camps or similar short term educational programs is an advantage
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to manage multiple activities

Role Description
- The EYFS Teacher for Summer Camp role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age appropriate activities aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles for children attending the summer camp.
- Day to day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, organizing play based learning activities, monitoring and supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development, and maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- The teacher will communicate regularly with camp coordinators and families, observe and record children’s progress, and adapt activities to meet diverse learning needs.
- The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to coordinate camp schedules, events, and enrichment activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in early years or EYFS settings.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design and deliver structured, engaging camp activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience working in summer camps or similar short term educational programs is an advantage.
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for diverse groups of children.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple activities throughout the camp day.
