- Maintain accurate student records
- Handle internal and external communications, prepare informative materials, coordinate press releases, and support media relations
- Engage with walk in visitors, conduct follow up calls and emails
- Support events and outreach activities
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming admissions experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, including ability to interact professionally with students, families, and external partners
- Experience in strategic communications and media relations
- Ability to draft and manage press releases and other public facing announcements
- Excellent writing skills for creating clear, accurate, and engaging admissions and marketing content
- Previous experience in admissions, customer service, or education administration is preferred
- Proficiency with office software, student information systems, and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in communications, education, marketing, or a related field
