About the Role
EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Manager for its Real Estate practice in Riyadh to lead strategy engagements for sovereign wealth funds and developers. - Lead work streams and engagements translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables
- Work closely with Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism clients to develop and execute strategic agendas
- Develop vision, concepts, and business plans for large developments in the region
- Advise clients throughout the real estate lifecycle including feasibilities, transactions, operator search and selection
- Work with management on acquisition process and regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities
- Coach and counsel junior team members, ensure quality deliverables and maintain healthy client engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top ranking school with outstanding academic performance
- At least 8 years of experience in strategy related work preferably in Real Estate Consulting, Private Equity, or Real Estate Development
- CFA/CAIA/RICS qualification preferred
- Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with focus on strategy development, acquisition, due diligence, real estate valuation, loan underwriting, asset management, finance, or market research
- High business acumen and strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and focus on valuation and finance
- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work in fast paced environment
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the MENA region

The Opportunity

- We are looking for real estate professionals with relevant experience (e.g. corporate finance, strategy, development, architecture, urban planning) to join our team.
Your key responsibilities
- In this role, you will be a key participant in work streams and engagements as you translate client needs into project tasks and deliverables.

Skills and Attributes

Education & Qualifications
