The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in the Oil & Gas sector using experience from a top-tier consulting environment.
• Define project objectives with senior leadership and ensure execution aligns with EY-Parthenon standards.
• Address complex client challenges and translate needs into actionable insights and high-impact deliverables.
• Manage project teams, client relationships, risks, issues, and the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated strategy consulting experience delivering strategic projects in Oil & Gas in MENA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, market assessment, business strategy, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools and a deep understanding of industry trends.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking institution with outstanding academic performance.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Six to eight years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields, including energy transition, strategy roadmaps, industrial competitiveness, or growth strategy.
• Experience with broad strategy projects and assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors, and customers.
• Willingness and ability to travel within MENA approximately 25% to 70% of the time.
