Overview
- **Role - Export Documentation Executive**
- **Salary - 7000-9000 AED**
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, and Export Declarations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, and customs clearance agents to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Monitor vessel bookings, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines
- Track export shipments and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and supporting documentation
- Support daily export operations and logistics coordination activities
Requirement
- Basic understanding of international trade, shipping, and export documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in export and logistics operations
