About the Role
TASC Outsourcing is hiring an Export Documentation Executive to prepare and verify export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines, and support daily export logistics activities.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading, and Export Declarations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport providers, warehouses, and customs clearance agents
- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and follow up on vessel bookings
- Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and compliance with customer requirements
- Maintain accurate export records and operational documentation
- Support daily export logistics activities and operational coordination
- Assist in resolving shipment related issues and ensuring smooth execution of export orders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics
- Basic understanding of export documentation and international shipping processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
