The Opportunity

Join AACo as an Export Coordinator on a 12-Month Contract and play a key role in delivering a seamless export experience for our global customers. Working closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you will manage end-to-end export logistics, documentation, and shipment coordination to ensure products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with international trade requirements.

What you’ll do

Coordinate end-to-end export order fulfilment, including loadouts, transport bookings, and shipment scheduling.

Manage export logistics across production sites, carriers, cold stores, and customers to ensure on-time delivery.

Track and monitor shipments, proactively managing delays, disruptions, and exceptions.

Prepare and process export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements.

Raise invoices, manage payment processes, and release shipments in line with agreed commercial terms and audit requirements.

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving shipping and trading issues.

Communicate supply or delivery changes to key stakeholders and support mitigation strategies.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve logistics, compliance, and execution challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Drive cost-effective logistics outcomes while balancing customer and commercial needs.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes.

Support risk management activities, including compliance monitoring and contingency planning.

Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and maintaining compliance with export and import requirements.

What you’ll bring

Experience in a customer-facing, logistics, export, or supply chain role.

Knowledge of export documentation, international trade requirements, and Incoterms.

Strong administrative and systems skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience in agriculture, food, or perishable exports is highly regarded.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed.

Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
