Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience (Required)
Experience
7+ years relevant work experience; 2–3 years at the Senior level or equivalent (Preferred)
Track record of providing consistently excellent customer service (Required)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic understanding of the US healthcare market and the Veradigm customer base
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for audience-appropriate delivery
- Strong time management skills to manage competing priorities and high-volume requests
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to rapidly learn new software to support learning development and delivery
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
- Veradigm product knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); fluency in local language where appropriate
- Working Arrangements & Travel
- Standard work week, or as defined by assignment requirements
- Primarily office-based or remote
- May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holiday coverage
- On-call and after-hours work during peak periods (end of month/quarter/year); PTO may be limited during these times to meet busiess needs
