Responsibilities
- Develop and design sports facilities specifically for football, including stadiums, training centres, and other related structures
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure project meets needs of athletes, spectators, and community
- Ensure compliance against international codes and standards, including FIFA compliance
- Oversee construction process to ensure facility is constructed according to design, on schedule and budget
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project to ensure needs and expectations are met
- Review overall design status with design management team and recommend corrective action
- Demonstrate logical approach to mitigate complex design issues and communicate solutions

- Extensive sports architecture and stadium delivery experience, including FIFA compliant design and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong stakeholder engagement, design management and value engineering expertise across complex programmes
- Degree qualified architect with extensive years’ experience; proficient in CAD/BIM, industry standards and sustainability principles

The project
- Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh.
- Scope includes delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed use amenities and introducing robust knowledge transfer.
You’ll be responsible for
- Develop and design sports facilities specifically for football, including stadiums, training centres, and other related structures.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to ensure project meets needs.
- Ensure compliance against international codes and standards, including FIFA compliance.
- Oversee construction process to ensure facility is constructed according to design, on schedule and budget.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Review overall design status with design management team and recommend corrective action.
