Expert Software Engineer

Hands-on experience as a software engineer (at least 5 years) .

Advanced understanding of software related system designs and technology stacks.

Solid knowledge of solution development and design principles.

Ability to interpret business requirements, assess their technical implications, and help translate them into well‑scoped, practical technical solutions.

Proactive in learning and expanding technical expertise, while contributing to team goals, engaging in cross‑functional projects, and supporting cloud migration efforts, AI integration, automation frameworks, Infrastructure as Code best practices and effective collaboration within and across teams

Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as:

Mainframe: PL/I or Cobol, DB2, MQ, CICS
