Perform network design/optimization activities under technical supervision.

Product type: RF Design and Cell Site Integration process automations and AI introduction into the process for improving the quality and efficiency.

Customer: US Tier 1 carriers

Technology: 5G RAN

Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and goals

Align product direction with business objectives and customer needs

Continuously refine strategy based on market trends and feedback

Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog

Ensure the team is working on the highest-value features

Define user stories and acceptance criteria for development

Act as the “voice of the customer”

Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

Balance competing priorities while ensuring alignment

Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, etc.)

Provide clarification and guidance to development teams

Monitor product progress and ensure delivery meets quality expectations

Review completed work and accept/reject deliverables

Track performance metrics and user feedback

Continuously iterate to improve product value and outcomes

Strong understanding or Nokia and Ericsson RAN equipment

Experience and Strong understanding of various tools and processes used by US Tier1 carriers

Experience and strong understanding of RF design and Site Integration tasks like RFDS, CIQ & Scripting, E911 provisioning, BOM, RTT & SON modules

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions

Basic technical understanding to collaborate with development teams

Qualifications (Typical)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience in product management, business analysis, or Agile delivery roles

Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are often preferred

You will be responsible for the performance of RF network design, planning & optimization activities.

You will also perform post processing analysis, site build verifications and acceptance.
