The role supports cleanliness and sanitation across warehouse, cooler, and freezer areas.
Shift Schedule
- Morning shift runs Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
- Clean warehouse floors, aisles, and all warehouse working areas.
- Collect waste paper and recyclables and place them in assigned containers.
- Assist with cleanup by moving and lifting items to create safe work zones.
- Dust, dry mop, vacuum, and clean glass surfaces as needed.
- Report problems to the shift supervisor and equipment repairs to the manager.
- Follow safe procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas.
Qualifications and Skills
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- At least one year of previous cleaner or warehouse-cleaning experience is required.
- Applicants must communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Applicants must know safe lifting methods and may need to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Applicants must be able to work in cold temperatures for a full shift.
- The role requires teamwork, independent work, attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Employment and Pay
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is $17.60 per hour.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the warehouse location near Kennedy and Britannia.
