- Demonstrate exceptional technical knowledge to conduct test sessions in accordance with the related Quality Assurance Plan
- Analyze EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback
- Produce comprehensive test reports and continually strive to minimize issues identified during reviews
- Understand the purpose of tests with respect to customer needs and specificities within the testing scope
- Develop technical documentation and actively contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Offer technical consulting and debugging services to customers, both remotely and on customer premises when necessary
- Provide technical support internally to colleagues
- Ensure the delivery of high quality service at all times and adhere to the quality process
- Expand your skillset and maintain acquired skills while actively suggesting improvements
- Collect and disseminate customer feedback to enhance services
- Be the technical point of contact for customers and participate in internal training sessions
- Actively participate in sharing technical knowledge with colleagues
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in the payment industry
- Good English language proficiency (oral and written)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills within an international and multi cultural environment
- High degree of accuracy and thoroughness in work
- Strong knowledge in CPV certification
- Experience in coordinating with Payment schemes
- Familiarity with Quality System and procedures
- Customer oriented mindset

Mission
- The mission of this role is to ensure the accurate execution, analysis, and reporting of EMV and payment related tests while delivering high quality technical support to customers and internal teams.
Activities
- Demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge to conduct test sessions in accordance with the related Quality Assurance Plan.
- Analyzing EMV test data and results, providing insightful feedback.
- Producing comprehensive test reports and continually striving to minimize issues identified during reviews.
- Understanding the purpose of tests with respect to customer needs and specificities within the testing scope.
- Developing technical documentation and actively contributing to the internal knowledge base.
- Offering technical consulting and debugging services to customers, both remotely and on customer premises when necessary.
- Providing technical support internally to colleagues.

- Reviewing and authorizing test reports.
- Preparing and delivering internal technical training sessions.
- Providing extensive technical support and analysis to internal teams, customers, and authorities.
- Engaging actively in the implementation of new services and projects for service improvement.
- Participating in audit preparations and actual audits.
- Engaging in technical discussions with authorities such as MasterCard, Discover, Jaiwan and others.
- Autonomy on tasks planning.
Job Experience
- 3 5 years of experience in the payment industry.
