- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present fit out and renovation solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Negotiate and close residential, commercial, office, retail, and hospitality fit out projects
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, consultants, and property management companies
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven UAE sales experience in interior fit out, renovation, or construction
- Demonstrated history of successfully closing projects with verifiable achievements
- Strong knowledge of the UAE fit out and construction market
- Existing network of clients, consultants, real estate professionals, or facility management companies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE driving licence
