Experienced Ruby on Rails Developer

Your role will be developing custom Ruby on Rails solutions using the best eCommerce platforms which will typically integrate with a number of 3rd party systems (e.g. ERP's). We’re a creative bunch solving some very challenging problems in the big world of digital retail and we're looking for others that get excited about the same thing. We’re looking for fun, creative developers that care about their work and their clients - there is an opportunity for this role to be team and/or practice lead for the right candidate. Some of the things we're looking for:

3-5+ years of development experience (ideally Ruby on Rails or Python & Django)

Experience with large-scale web applications

Git expertise

TDD (Capybara/Poltergeist)

Ruby gem creation/maintenance (or other open source work we can check out)

NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)

Search products (ElasticSearch preferred)

Pub/Sub (Sidekiq preferred)

Rails Engines/Plugins

Experience with eCommerce
