Role Overview
HKZ Interior Decoration LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Draftsman for joinery, woodworks, and interior fit-out projects.
The role transforms design concepts into technical drawings and production-ready documentation for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
Technical Drafting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for joinery, custom furniture, and interior fit-out works.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Produce coordination drawings from design and project requirements.
- Prepare cutting lists, material schedules, and production details for factory execution.
- Generate accurate as-built drawings after project completion.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, production teams, and interior designers.
- Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions when required.
- Revise drawings for site conditions, consultant comments, and project updates.
- Ensure drawings comply with specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
