Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FEMALE General Office Typist who had an experience on corporate services such as company formation, visa typing , and business support solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- General typist for Visa, Document Clearing and Corporate Services
- **Preparing and processing visa applications**: Typing and processing applications via Government Portals like MOHRE & ICP.
- **Handling various documents**: Typing for employee ID, entry permits, medical examinations, Visa stamping, job contracts & Issuing New Licences
- **Maintaining accurate records**: Coordinating with clients for required documents and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. **1**
- **Ensuring compliance**: Knowledge of UAE labor and immigration procedures is essential for accurate document processing. **1**
- **Communication**: Good communication skills, particularly in English, are important for liaising with clients and processing documents. **1**
- These functions are crucial for the smooth operation of visa and document clearing services, ensuring that all government-related documentation is handled efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Typing or Corporate Services.
- Knowledge of UAE company formation and visa processes preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must READE, SPEAK and WRITE MULTI-LANGUAGES Specially (French,English,Arabic)
- Preferred Profile: GENDER FEMALE & MUST HAVE THE SKILLS MENTIONED
- ***** General Typist with Visa and Document Clearing Experience Backgrounds
- Experience in business setup consultancy or PRO services
- Sales-driven with strong financial discipline
- Multilingual candidates preferred
