Job Summary

  • Recruits, trains, motivates and evaluates his/her team to ensure necessary skill base and staff motivation.
  • Implements hygiene and cleanliness procedures and oversees preparation of high quality food items.
  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls day to day unit operations.
  • Determines services offered and implements operational procedures.
  • Controls inventory, monitors revenues and modifies procedures and prices.
  • Greets customers, resolves complaints and ensures health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiates arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Prepares annual budget and business plan.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience, out of which minimum 3 to 4 in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Food and Beverage.
  • Fluency in English. Arabic is a major plus.
