- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for marble and stone projects
- Develop AutoCAD drawings based on approved architectural and interior design concepts
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed joinery, and stone layout drawings
- Prepare cutting plans and material layouts to optimize material utilization and minimize wastage
- Revise drawings based on client comments, consultant feedback, and site requirements
- Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production, and Factory teams
- Participate in project kick off meetings to understand technical requirements
- Clarify drawing related queries with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders
- Conduct site visits and verify dimensions before preparing final drawings
- Maintain proper drawing revision control and document management

Role Summary
- The Executive / Sr. Executive – Designer (Draftsman) is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and detailed layouts for interior projects.
- The role involves translating design concepts into execution ready drawings, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications, quality standards, and site requirements.
Design & Drafting
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation drawings for marble and stone projects.
- Develop AutoCAD drawings based on approved architectural and interior design concepts.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed joinery, and stone layout drawings.
- Prepare cutting plans and material layouts to optimize material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Revise drawings based on client comments, consultant feedback, and site requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Site Engineers, Production, and Factory teams to understand project requirements.
- Participate in project kick off meetings to understand technical requirements.
- Clarify drawing related queries with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Support the execution team with technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Support
- Conduct site visits and verify dimensions before preparing final drawings.
- Update drawings to reflect actual site conditions and approved variations.
- Resolve drawing discrepancies in coordination with the project team.
Documentation & Quality
- Maintain proper drawing revision control and document management.
- Ensure all issued drawings are accurate, complete, and approved before release.
- Maintain digital records of project drawings and revisions.
- Support preparation of as built drawings upon project completion.
