Role Summary
The Executive Sous Chef is responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International corporate strategies and brand standards.

The position must meet employee, guest, and owner expectations while supporting successful and profitable outlet and banquet operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure all food and beverage outlets and banquets operate successfully according to hotel standards.
- Support the profitability of individual outlets and banquets.
- Apply practical operational and administrative skills to manage food production activities.
- Maintain standards aligned with Hyatt International strategies and brand expectations.
Qualifications
- An apprenticeship or professional diploma in Food Production is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a larger operation is required.
- Good practical, operational, and administrative skills are required.
- A creative approach to food production and culinary operations is required.
Organization
The role is with Hyatt Regency Kolkata and supports the hotel's Food and Beverage Department, outlets, and banquets.
