Job Purpose

  • The Executive Secretary to the Chairman provides high level executive and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Chairman's Office.
  • Manages schedule, correspondence, meetings, and travel while coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Supports strategic initiatives, business development, financial reporting, and corporate governance across Construction, Agriculture, and Infrastructure businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
  • Prepare and coordinate executive correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans in Arabic and English.
  • Act as primary liaison between Chairman, senior management, business units, clients, government authorities, consultants, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate business development initiatives, strategic projects, and executive follow up to ensure timely implementation of decisions.
  • Review and compile financial, operational, and project reports for executive review and support informed decision making.
  • Maintain confidential records, contracts, and corporate documents while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standards.
  • Organize Board and Executive Committee meetings, corporate events, and executive visits.
  • Conduct research, prepare business briefs, monitor key performance indicators, and support special projects assigned by the Chairman.
  • Ensure effective office administration, document control, and continuous improvement of executive office processes.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Chairman.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or senior executive, preferably in Construction, Agriculture, Infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong background in executive administration, financial coordination, and business development support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
