Executive Search Associate (Temp-to-Perm)

• Attend intake meetings, panel debriefs, and other key search conversations to take notes and send timely summaries.
• Turn recruiter research and rough notes into clean, consistent candidate profiles, bios, and market/target-list documents.
• Build hiring-manager and interviewer briefing documents from recruiter inputs ahead of each round.
• Produce written candidate summaries and debrief synthesis after screens, HM interviews, and onsites.
• Draft briefing documents and format candidate bios for senior-executive rounds. Compile the weekly pipeline report and maintain the silver-medalist/bench tracker.
• Maintain a complete, well-organized search record and close-out file for every search.
• Contribute during intakes and debriefs, asking clarifying questions and flagging gaps, while leaving sourcing, assessment, and closing decisions to the recruiter, and scheduling/logistics to the coordinator.

• 2 to 4+ years in executive search, high-touch recruiting, or a similar client-facing research and documentation role.
• Strong writing skills with a track record of turning rough notes or verbal input into clear, polished, professional documents quickly.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders (hiring managers, executives, or clients) and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent searches and shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with an ATS or recruiting tech stack (Greenhouse, GEM, BrightHire, or similar) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A strong, clear writer who can adapt tone and format to the audience: candidate, hiring manager, or CEO.
• Organized and reliable; you keep multiple searches' documentation moving without anything slipping.
• A good listener who can sit in a meeting and capture what matters without steering the conversation.
• Low ego, high EQ; you're energized by making the recruiter and the process look great, not by owning the spotlight.
• Connected to the mission of the searches you support.
