Role Overview
Lead the design and delivery of total reward for senior leaders.
Connect executive pay, performance, accountability, and long-term value creation.
Partner with Finance and the Company Secretary and support the Remuneration Committee with data-backed recommendations.
Accountabilities
- Evolve executive compensation programs across base pay, annual bonus, and long-term incentives.
- Prepare Remuneration Committee materials and scenario-based recommendations.
- Oversee incentive plan rules, metrics, calibration, grant sizing, vesting, and malus or clawback processes.
- Lead market intelligence, peer analysis, job evaluation, pay range management, and advanced modeling.
- Build relationships with senior leaders, HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and external advisers.
- Manage external consultants and providers.
- Use AI-enabled and digital tools for analytics, scenario visualization, and secure insight communication.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Significant executive compensation or total rewards experience in complex multinational organizations.
- Deep knowledge of executive pay design, incentive instruments, performance metrics, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Strong quantitative skills in benchmarking, equity valuation, scenario analysis, and Excel.
- Experience leveling executive roles, ideally using IPE.
- Ability to manage governance cycles, disclosures, and controls accurately and confidentially.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and recommendation-writing skills.
- Proven end-to-end cross-functional project leadership.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for reward analytics and scenario modeling.
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Advanced degree or professional certification such as CCP, GRP, or CIPD.
- Formal reward postgraduate qualification.
- Experience preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
- Benefits management and delivery experience.
- Confidence adopting innovative digital tools.
Workplace
- Employees work from the office an average minimum of three days per week while retaining individual flexibility.
