Job Title : Executive - QA Location : Chennai Office Reports to (Position) : Manager - QA Department/Function : Quality Assurance Purpose of the Job : Responsible for developing and implementing the quality systems & safety norms and ensure always followed to assure process and products meeting the requirements of internal & external customers. Major Responsibilities : Monitoring and taking necessary actions for the reduction of TBR cured tyre scrap. Monitoring and taking necessary actions for the reduction of internal customer complaints. Ensuring the self-audit conducted as per plan and the gaps are arrested before external audit. Ensuring there is no near miss and first aid incidents to QA team by following safety behaviour. Monitoring stability and capability of CTC parameters and initiation of actions for not stable and not capable parameters. Ensuring 100% adherence for GDP preparation. Developing BQiP Projects for critical mixing processes. Technical (Technical / Functional): Knowledge on mixing processes. Knowledge of IATF 16949. Knowledge on including core tools like FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQP. Knowledge on 5S, Kaizen & QC Tools. QC Story Methodology.

Relevant Experience : 4 - 6 Years Education Qualification(s) : B.E/ B.
