2–4 Years of relevant experience in Onion Dehydration, Food Dehydration, Food Processing or Process Industry. Experience in Dryer Operations and Maintenance Coordination will be preferred.
Job Purpose
To manage day-to-day dryer production operations and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure continuous, safe and efficient operation of the dehydration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day dryer production operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor dryer operating parameters and process conditions.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, airflow, drying time and product moisture.
- Ensure proper loading and unloading of material in the dryer.
- Ensure optimum drying cycle and consistent product quality.
